Refund policy
Any brand new product may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us at info@highlandwatches.com to initiate a return and receive a pre-paid shipping label. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. No returns are accepted on pre-owned inventory.
